The constant quest for quality is one of our priorities. We check all incoming raw materials. We check all the compounds we produce and constantly monitor all the production process. All the foregoing data are constantly updated and filed in digital format and on paper to allow for traceability.

As soon as we receive the raw materials for the production of compounds, we begin the targeted control and analysis process to identify possible variations in quality, ingredient composition and performance during and after mixing. We verify the applicability of the products both during the prototyping and during serial supplies with chemical, physical and mechanical tests. We perform the following tests: spectrophotometry, infrared, thermal analysis, rheometry, viscosity, optical measurements, dimensional analysis.
