The complete production process involves a series of steps that gives us ample margin to study the most efficient solutions, create the items and test them to verify their characteristics and compliance.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Thanks to a dedicated lab, we can perform R&D activities safely and with the guarantee that we can utilize the most suitable techniques for each specific project. We assess and measure the performance of our compounds in order to achieve results of the highest quality.
QUALITY CONTROL
During the entire production of the compounds, we perform numerous quality checks, measuring and analysing their properties to identify all possible problems in advance and solve them rapidly. All this is possible thanks to a specialized department with state-of-the-art equipment.
ANALYSIS & TESTING
When production is at full capacity and towards the end of the process, the rubber gaskets and products are randomly selected and brought out to our Analysis and Testing department to verify compliance with UNI-EN, ISO, ASTM and CE standards and regulations with the help of our control tools.
