- Food & beverage and pharmaceutical sectors: thanks to our MOCA (CE 1935:2004), NSF (US National Sanitation Foundation) and GB (China Guobiao Standards) certified compounds.

Our Solaro facility features:
- a dedicated lab for raw materials and compounds control check and for tracking the production process;
- the mixing department;
- the rubber moulding department equipped with injection and compression presses;
- a deburring and finishing department featuring cryogenic technology, grinding and polishing, furnaces and equipment for the post-curing process;
- The sorting department where we select the finished products utilizing state-of-the-art optical instruments.

Sintoil provides a service that includes the design and manufacturing of pilot moulds, which includes customised prototyping: this will help to check the specifications and test the suitability and feasibility of the component before making a large order.
