ANALYSIS & TESTING
The manufacturing quality should never be overlooked: each process carried out at our Solaro facility is accompanied by numerous tests and checks to verify and monitor the production process.
Whether prototypes or large series, every rubber item, gasket and profile produced by Sintoil must necessarily be certified both internally by our technicians and externally by the most authoritative bodies at international level.
We check with accuracy the technical characteristics and performance of the compound and products and we ensure a precise protocol during manufacturing. The finished products are periodically and randomly selected from the production line and brought up to the Analysis Department where we conduct targeted tests to identify potential flaws or errors and promptly solve them. We approve batches for the next production phase only after a long series of tests have been completed. These analyses are carried out regularly up to the packaging and delivery stage.

Sintoil can perform analyses and testing in accordance with UNI-EN, ISO, ASTM and CE standards and regulations. Our objective is in fact to always guarantee and certify the quality of our production and to accurately test the suitability and performance of the single components.
