Sintoil designs and produces certified compounds for the Food&Beverage sector and uses these compounds for the moulding of bellows, mouthpieces, membranes, deflectors, O-Rings and rubber parts according to customer specifications or drawings.

These specialized components can be used for production, wrapping, filling, bottling and packaging systems of products destined for human consumption. Our materials comply with the strictest quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), introduced by the most recent European regulations.

Gaskets and silicone/rubber membranes by Sintoil are tested to guarantee their resistance to high and low temperatures, abrasion, corrosion, sanitizing agents and CIP and SIP disinfectants.
