Established in Milan in 1958 and currently owned and managed by the third family generation, Sintoil has positioned itself on the Italian and international markets thanks to the production of superior-quality gaskets.
One of the core missions of Sintoil has been the support of the industrial needs of its customers thanks to the practicality of its products with specific characteristics. This process translates in technological alchemy in the design of specific compounds and the choice of the best raw materials and in the entire production process culminating in superior quality.
In 2004, Sintoil initiated a significant internal renovation process that involved the setup of an innovative quality-control laboratory – a key component for the attainment of products that always meet the customers’ expectations – in addition to considerable investments in state-of-the-art machinery.
Sintoil’s commitment to renewing and improving its offer continues today, as confirmed by the new production facility in Solaro, by the attention given to providing certified and innovative products.

Margherita has been managing the company since 2011, focusing on the quality and innovation of each product. Her professionalism and passion for the industry translate into a complete offer finalized to meet the needs of the Italian and international markets.
Mariella Grechi
Production Manager
Mariella manages and oversees the entire production line of our rubber components. She makes sure that a perfect synergy is in place among the different departments and which is indispensable for obtaining the right moulding and finish of every item.
Raffaele G. Di Martino
Director
He is a practicing attorney in California, U.S. and has been providing legal assistance to trade and manufacturing companies in the U.S. for over twenty years. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2023 and in this capacity he advises in corporate and legal compliance and assists with the expansion strategy of the company.

GIANFRANCO FEDERICO
Quality control manager
Gianfranco became part of the Sintoil family in 2013 and currently manages our cutting edge laboratories where we study and test the technical characteristics and quality of the raw materials and finished products to ensure their practical application.
SONIA AISELLI
Administration Manager
Sonia started at Sintoil in 1989 and is currently the manager of all administrative and accounting matters. She also manages the company’s accounting in reference to bank relations and government tax compliance.
GIUSEPPE COGLIATI
Marketing Manager
Giuseppe came to work at Sintoil in 2016 and oversees the development of new market sectors, the consolidation of the company’s current portfolio, drafting quotes, the design of moulds and the estimation of processing times and methods.
